CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

2021 (Senior):
- Second on the team with a .355 average while starting all 43 games at shortstop. 
- Added to her slash line with a .613 slugging and a .524 on base percentage, which was second in the LSC. 
- Ranked 13th nationally with 28 stolen bases while scoring 48 runs and driving in 20 runs. 
- Totaled nine multi-hit games, including three games with four hits, one of those coming during a seven hit series against StMU on March 19. 
- Finished her career as the active leader in career runs (227) and career home runs (57) and third in total bases (474) in NCAA Division II. 
- In the program record books, she ranks first in slugging (.685), first in on base (.472), first in homers, second in hits (247), third in RBI (173), first in runs, fourth in doubles (45), first in walks (120), first in stolen bases (108), second in at-bats (696), and first in games played (230). 
- First team All-Lone Star Conference for the fourth straight season. 
- LSC Academic Player of the Year. 
- Named to the LSC All-Athletic Performance Team. 

2020 (CoVID Senior):
- Started all 27 games for CU during the shortened spring.
- Hit a team-best six homers and 27 runs scored.
- Recorded a .631 slugging percentage with six homers, one triple, and four doubles.
- Hit two bombs against Nebraska-Kearney to become the CU career leader in homers.
- Was 19-22 on the base paths, becoming the Cameron all-time leader in stolen bases.
- Had 11 mult-hit games and seven multi-RBI games with four in the opener at TWU.
- Named to the Schutt Sports/NFCA Player of the Year watch list.

2019 (Junior):
- Finished fourth in batting average for the Aggies turning in a .353 average during the 2019 campaign.
- Led the team in OPS with an astonishing 1.193 OPS.
- Started all 55 games for the Cameron Aggies in 2019.
- Scored the most runs for the Black and Gold in 2019, coming across the plate 63 times. 
- Led the team and NCAA DII in home runs, slugging 19 softballs over the wall. 
- Took home the best slugging percentage for the Aggies (.728).
- She also led the team in stolen bases swiping 29 bases.
- Busby earned All-LSC and All American honors in 2019.
- Named the Cameron Athletics Female Athlete of the Year.

2018 (Sophomore):
- Busby was the Aggies top performer in 2018, batting .351 with 53 hits, 49 runs scored, and 33 RBI.
- She also ranked in the top-10 of the LSC in walks (30), home runs (14), and stolen bases (22).
- The sophomore posted a .468 on base percentage and a .728 slugging percentage as 27 of her 53 hits were for extra bases.
- Busby also had another stellar year defensively, recording a .958 fielding percentage with 100 put outs and 84 assists.
- She had 14 multi-hit games during 2018 and eight multi-RBI contests.
- Busby had a career series against Western New Mexico this season, going 5-8 with eight runs scored, eight RBI, and three home runs in a three game span.
- Her numbers this season were enough to earn her a first team All-LSC selection for the second straight year and a second team All-Region spot by the NFCA
- She was also named second team All-OSN. 
- Named Cameron Athletics Female Athlete of the Year.

2017 (Freshman):
- Led CU with a .366 batting average with 60 hits and 43 RBI during her freshman campaign.
- Started 53 games as the Aggies shortstop and posted a .933 fielding percentage with 130 assists
- Busby also went 16-20 on the base paths and had a team high .683 slugging percentage.
- She drove in a season high five RBI against Western NM on April 22 and totaled four RBI two other times.
- Busby was named first team All-LSC, was selected to the D2CCA All-South Central Region second team and the NFCA All-South Central Region first team.
- She was also on the LSC Championship All-Tournament Team.

High School:
-Won five Oklahoma State Titles for Washington HS at second base and shortstop
- Was named to 2015 Middle West All-State Team
- The Oklahoman’s Little All-City First Team selection…
- She hit .440 with two homers, 14 doubles and 41 RBIs as a senior
- She also ran track and finished in with place in the long jump
- She has a twin sister (Callie) who also plays for Cameron and was also teammate to Bethany Hines.
