The OKC Spark is a women’s professional fastpitch team based in Oklahoma City, dedicated to delivering thrilling women’s sports to the softball capital of the world. The Spark is passionate about providing female athletes post-graduate opportunities. We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Part-Time Videographer. Key Responsibilities:
Film 15-17 home games at USA Hall of Fame Stadium in Oklahoma City.
Create engaging, compelling, fast-paced game recaps and highlight videos.
Capture game highlights, key plays, and memorable moments.
Edit and produce high-quality videos suitable for social media platforms and other promotional materials.
Work closely with the Director of Communications to align video content with the team’s communication strategy.
Meet tight deadlines for delivering edited content promptly after each game.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing sports-related content.
Must have access to your own camera equipment (DSLR or equivalent) and editing software.
Ability to work on-site in Oklahoma City for the duration of the season, late June through early August, which includes weekend and evening games.
A general understanding of the game of softball, including rules and pace. A basic knowledge of the history of softball in Oklahoma is a plus.
Ability to capture the essence and emotions of the game by creating visually appealing content.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others.
Compensation:
This position offers a rate of $25 per hour.
An estimated 4-5 hours per game with 15-17 home games.
