OKC Spark Welcomes Kaycee Boles as New Director of Operations

OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma — The Oklahoma City Spark is thrilled to announce the appointment of Kaycee Boles as the new Director of Operations. Boles brings a wealth of experience and passion for fastpitch softball to the organization, making her a valuable addition to the team.

Boles, a dedicated professional and a proud wife and mother, has been married to Jeremy Boles for 10 years. The couple has 8-year-old twins, Brady and Brielle. Kaycee's journey in the world of fastpitch softball began at an early age, having been exposed to the sport through her grandfather and father's involvement in men's fastpitch. She transitioned from a player, having competed at the University of Central Florida and the University of Oklahoma, to coaching and assuming other pivotal roles within the sport.

Her extensive background includes coaching for the BCA Competitors and serving on their board. Boles has also contributed significantly as the Athletic Director for Mustang Central Middle School and has worked as a teacher and coach at Yukon Middle & High School. Her commitment to the sport extended to working with USA Softball, color commentating for Cox, and a notable six-year tenure with OU Softball as their Director of Operations. Boles holds a Master's in Higher Education with an emphasis in Intercollegiate Athletics from the University of Oklahoma.

"We are delighted to welcome Kaycee Boles to the OKC Spark as our new Director of Operations," said Dr. Tina Floyd, owner of the Spark. "Her deep-rooted connection to the sport, combined with her wealth of experience and leadership skills, make her an ideal fit for our organization. We are confident that Kaycee will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our team."

Boles expressed her excitement about joining the OKC Spark Pro Softball Team, stating, "I am extremely blessed to be given this opportunity and look forward to joining in on the vision of progressing women's professional softball to a level never before seen. These women deserve the best and are entitled to so much more! I look forward to being a part of the next wave of pro softball and what better place to do it than in the center of softball country, my home state of Oklahoma!"

The entire Spark team is enthusiastic about the future with Kaycee Boles at the helm of operations and is eager to embark on this new chapter of success together.
