Attention Spark Fans! Season ticket renewals are now open! If you were a season ticket holder for the 2023 season, please see below for instructions on renewing your tickets for 2024. If you would like to change the location of your tickets or add additional tickets to your order, you may do so on Wednesday, March 27 at 10:00 a.m.
Please note: If you do not renew your tickets by Friday, March 29 at 5:00 p.m., your seats will be released for sale to the general public.
For new season ticket purchasers, tickets will be available for purchase on Monday, April 1 at 10:00 a.m.
How to Login to Your Account
If you cannot open the hyperlink copy & paste the URL below to your web browser:
2. Enter your Username and Password. Your Username is the email address used on your customer profile for your 2023 season ticket purchase. Click Log In.
3. Click “Having trouble logging in?” if you forgot your password or this is your first time logging into Etix Account Manager.
4. If you forgot your password, enter your username and click Reset Password. Once you click “Reset Password” you will be sent password reset instructions via email that will include a temporary password. This password will expire in 10 minutes.
5. If this is your first time logging in, enter your username and click Send Password. Once you click “Send Password” you will be sent instructions via email that will include a temporary password. This password will expire in 10 minutes.
After logging into your account, you will be on your Homepage where you will see your Account Overview including:

Upcoming Tickets
To renew your season tickets, simply click the Make A Payment button on your order invoice. You may elect to pay the full season ticket amount or enter a payment plan.
To Update your password, please click on Account > Password. You may also update your Account information using the selected tab in the Account drop down menu.
